NASA Offers $5,000 a month to stay in bed

bed.JPGNASA is looking for some individuals that are interested in leaving your life of working, walking, and standing to leave everything and spend 90 days straight in bed. The individuals who participate in the study will be paid 17,000 for staying in bed for 90 days. The bed-rest test will take place in Houston in the Human Test Subject Facility of Johnson Space Center. The scientists are trying to study the effects of microgravity on the human body. Every day the test group will be awake for 16 and asleep for 8. I would not be able to take part in this study. I get restless if I lay in bed for an afternoon when I’m sick so I definitely can see myself spending a prolonged time in bed especially if my head was tilted downwards. Could you do this study? Why wouldn’t you want to?
