American Airlines Launches Facebook Widget

American Airlines launched a new widget for Facebook to try to track what customers want. The application will send users 10% off coupons for flights if users are sharing destinations with each other on their facebook pages. The widget seems like spyware and it seems like users would get unwanted messages from American Airlines just from telling a friend about a trip. It could be cool to get a discount if you were planning a trip, but how often do you plan trips with facebook?
